Delighted.
I went from 25 ppb to undetectable. I added a flow meter so I will know when to change. I am delighted this is a standard cartridge. Many arsenic filters I found use a proprietary cartridge. it is much easier and cheaper to install and change cartridges myself than hire a service company.Update 8 months and 750 gallons later, I sent a sample to a certified water testing lab. Arsenic was "nd" - not detectable. Absolutely delighted.

It works....for both types of Arsenic
Works like a dream. Dropped our 50+ level of arsenic to not detectable. Nothing else is guaranteed to work, especially since most things don't work for both types of arsenic and most labs can't differentiate between the types. If you've got arsenic in your water this is the best solution and it costs less than anything else.

Didn't reduce arsenic
I had an old filter in place about 1 year that was providing Arsenic test results of .0012 MC/L. I installed this AdEdge filter and followed the instructions re running water for 10 min. I took a water sample 3 days later and just received the results - .036MC/L. Will not be using this filter again.

water turns to yellow color
after installation of the filter, our water will turn yellow for the first few seconds and then back to clear, and it happens every time at the start of the usage (even the usage is only 2 minutes apart). not sure why.

Brown water during every use!!!
This cartridge puts out brown for the first couple of seconds of every use, just like one of the other reviewers said. not sure if it's defective or what, but my wife and I don't trust drinking it!!!

Maybe OK
Had a hard time with customer service. Owner thought it was too hard to respond correctly because he has so many products. He basically made up answers. I think the filter is working alright finally.

Arrived late and broken
After waiting forever (it seems), when I went to install it, it was cracked open. Shipping package was OK.
