Great for a baker
Nice large pastry mat. Last out flat every time. Nice surface to work bread and pastry dough. Cleans up easily.

nothing like a roul-pat
there is nothing like a roul-pat. I was gifted one easily 40 years ago, and not knowing its worth-- made a few cuts in it. I have bought less expensive ones, they slide all over the counter-- not this one. Has some weight to it, is large, and taken care of will last a lifetime.

Y'all this is NOT a cheap baking mat because THIS.... is.... made in FRANCE!! One of the best pastry mats I've ever owned, I love it! It's pricy, right but you get what you pay for, so you get a high quality one, hands down to France!! It took me so long to decide on a professional BIG mat and I read and saw many reviews of other cheap mats that show fiberglass sticking out!! I'm like no thank you!Soooo if you're looking to buy a professional non-stick mat for baking

Perfection!
Covers entire workspace end of my island counter. Once you use one of these you can't buy them large enough! Quality material and looking forward to many years of use. Easy to clean.

Not the jumbo size
This was not the jumbo size, with the black trim. It was a standard half sheet size, orange trim.

Great Breadmaking Surface
My kitchen counter is not a good surface for kneading bread dough. This silicone mat is a great surface for kneading my dough and is also is so easy to clean.

Best option for rolling out cookie & pie dough,
I had a mat like this for over 20 years. It‘s durable and so easy to use & clean. I use a light dusting of flour to keep dough from sticking and the mat does the rest. I haven‘t always taken the best care when cutting out cookies, etc and it did finally acquire some frayed spots. I figured it had lived a long life & served me well so I retired it and bought myself a new one. I will always use one of these in my kitchen.

I feel like a French pastry chef when using this mat.
Used my new mat over Thanksgiving. Love the mat but it didn't come with a storage band. Not sure if it was supposed to be included, but it is shown in a photo with the band around the mat. Order the band because it will be difficult to store otherwise. A rubber band works too.
