I take 2 a night and they are great at keeping my stomach flat. I wake up feeling comfortable and lighter. This product does what it says it’s going to do. As long as they keep making this I’ll continue to buy it.

This is my second time ordering this product to help me with severe discomfort and pain once I put any food in my mouth. It has been very effective in decreasing my discomfort by at least 80%. It's a bit pricey but it's definitely helping. So far so good! BTW, I'm also taking another additional supplement that's working well with this.

Theyre okay not the best but good for the price

I don't do many reviews, but I had to with this supplement. Usually, I don't see much of a difference with supplements, but this one is amazing. It actually helped me with a lifelong issue. Maybe it is just my body, but have been going to gastroenterologists for years and nothing helped. I was more than surprised how well this works. I truly hope I continue to see results. I see my dr next week for a follow up and I am bringing this with me to show him. People don't realize how being "regular" daily can change a person's life. I just truly hope it helps others as it has me!

Personally for me it made my symptoms significantly worse. I was hoping with all the great reviews that these would help me but they did the opposite. Super sad about it.
