These have definitely improved my husband's snoring. It's just like a plaster but seems to open his airways. Not 100% snore proof but does make a difference.

Geniune review ... These honestly really work, I don't know how but they do!! They widen your nostrils and allow you to breathe so much easier. So have chronic rhinitis, one of my nostrils is so narrow all the time. I've tried nose strips years ago but they were so uncomfortable. Finally decided to revisit nose strips and chose these. You get a plenty for the price and they really help me breathe easier through the night. They are easy to apply , they stay put all night, they do itch slightly for a few mins after I've applied but that does calm down and doesn't bother me through the night. They do stick really well , so when you remove in the morning just gently peel up an edge and then slowly peel off. They help me breathe much easier which means I don't worry about breathing through my mouth like I usually do , I do still throat snore occasionally so these strips aren't a fix all cure but they do really help! Will definitely be using these forever now 😊

I have bought this product before and received the box as seen in all the images and they were great. This second time it arrived in an unmarked black plastic bag and they look different to the ones I got before. No idea if they have come from a damaged item or who has touched them - no product info at all.

Surprisingly these worked well, fell off through the night so I think I’ll try more expensive ones next, but wanted to see if they would work first.

I was not expecting these to work at all. I snore loud through my mouth so couldn’t see how these could help but gave it a try. I am pleasantly surprised! I usually wake myself up with loud snoring and now that’s a thing of the past. I get a great nights sleep and my partner has noticed the difference too.
