I first tried these from a Licensed Acupuncturist over a year ago and I’ve been looking for them ever since! So happy I found them. They’re great quality, easy to apply and stay on for 5 days through showers AND hot yoga every day!! Aesthetically: They’re not noticeable at all, and even if you can see they sort of look chíc anyway compared to the other ones for sale, that are not clear. They get the job DONE. I like to put a few in each ear for anxiety and I also followed the guide for digestion and boy has it helped! I am going to try the other spots as well, the pack comes with 4-5 placement suggestions for detoxing. These ear seeds are worth every penny!!

Received these ear seeds in cute packaging! I was so excited as I had heard great things about this product. They were easy to put on and really helped with my insomnia and digestion. From the first day I had a full, unbothered nights sleep and I was so surprised since I generally deal with insomnia. I could tell my gut was also thankful as my digestion seemed to be a lot more better than the usual. I was less "on the edge" throughout the day meaning I wasn't so anxious easily. They are also really comfortable, didn't bother me when I slept as I was worried they may. Remember to press on them a few seconds at a time to "reactivate" them! Can't wait for my next set.

I was excited to try these since they were so low profile. Within the first week my spouse and I both had major issues with this brand. The gold plating cracked off the seeds and released the plastic, causing our ears to scab. This are junk and a risk to your health, rather than HEAL you. I’ve marked in the photo where the indents were made to my skin. This product is awful and needless to say we won’t be purchasing this product again.

I got these before the viral pandemic got out of control and all the stay home orders, for my hip pain. Then with everything that's happening I finally remember to put some on ...and felt the instantly calming effect took place and it's like I'm floating above all the stress and chaos. The hip soreness was also gone like in 10 mins! My ear got really red right away that supposed to be the right reaction to it...only got slight discomfort when I slept on them at night. Bought as a gift. I’m annoyed that it came with a giant barcode sticker across the front of the box. Not very appealing to give as a gift :(

I was used to the brand my acupuncturists used but was looking for something more stylish. These seeds are much smaller than I’m used to and I didn’t feel like they effectively applied enough pressure however, was left with a pin sized sore on my ear in the location I had them. Too bad because they look a lot better than the bandaid style. Also less in the package than I was expecting for the price. Will be returning.
