You can read below how we received the fridge, but in the end the vendor offered a very satisfactory solution. The customer service proved to be excellent. Nice looking refrigerator and we received this unit promptly at a good price point, however, it did not power up. This means no light, no LED, no hum, no indication of power at all, zip. We let it sit for a few days, but that didn't help. It also had a dented plate in the back and slight damage to the rear side but it would not have been visible so we accepted it. No power is, however, unacceptable. The vendor readily accepted the return, however, now two 80-year-old people have to figure out the best way to repackage the item for shipping. Fortunately we saved the packaging.

Looks good and has plenty of room. Problem is, it never reaches temperature, particularly in the lower freezer section. So if you set it at 10 degrees, it hits about 12 and runs constantly. Change it to12 degrees and it hits 14 and runs constantly. Was just the freezer doing this at first. Now the upper refrigerator does it as well. Very disappointing. May 8 Update - Had this for two weeks and now the freezer only chills down to 34 degrees.

This is one of the few undercounter drawer fridge/freezer combos with a 24"x24" footprint that I could find at a somewhat reasonable price. I've only had it for a few days but it seems to be working great after a bit of fussing. Disregard the manual when it comes to setting your temperatures. The instructions tell you to hold down the up and down arrow to unlock the control panel so you can set your temperatures. Do not do that! Holding down the up and down arrows simultaneously will put you into a technician's mode. To set the temperatures, simply press the "Set" button. The digits for the drawer you're setting will flash. Use the arrow keys to set the temperature. Pressing the "Set" button again will switch between drawers. A short press of the "On/Off" button or simply closing the drawer will exit out of temperature setup mode. I found the above out after screwing around in technician's mode and had to contact Vevor for the procedure to reset the internal settings back to factory default. They were kind enough to supply me with a reference for all the settings which I will share here in case someone else ended up in the same situation as I did. One thing to note, it is possible to get the freezer to -1F by setting P1 to -19.

Very happy for the 1st 3 weeks. Set to and cooled immediately to 35F. Has held temperature well. Adjusted up and down and does well keeping those temperatures. Just wish the brand name wasn’t so prominent.

Everything she thought it would be

Refrigerator and freezer do not reach safe temp limits. The built in thermometer never reaches set temperature. Ranges between 2-7 degrees warmer from set limit. Food spoils in refer and freezer is outside recommended range for safe freezing. Both refer and freezer are outside safe limits.

Fridge arrived well and looks and works well. This is a mini fridge not a wine fridge so it is perfect for mixed use like a big fridge but smaller .

Good compact size for a food truck. Holds the temperature stated. Minimum noise.
