“These Staedtler black- colored ballpoint pens are the BEST ballpoint pens so far.First of all, Staedtler being the best quality standard name in the German stationery.The writing is smooth and flawless. I have been looking for these ballpoint pens for a long long time. After doing a thorough search I finally found out at Amazon. THANKFULLY!!!I will highly recommend these pens to anyone who likes Staedtler stationery particularly these pens.

I have always been partial to a very fine point ballpoint pen, but these days they are hard to come by, my go to pen years ago was a Bic accountant fine point pen but those are long gone. I have tried so many pens and just wasn't happy with them, but this pen is the best I have ever found it really reminds me of the old Bic pens this pen is a very fine point pen and if that's what you are looking for this pen is the one for you as well, love it.

Smooth writing, fine point… But- as other reviewers stated…not really a black ink. More of a gray color. So, I’m disappointed because it’s not dark enough to see well.

These are horrible. From a company with the reputation of Staedtler I can’t imagine that they were manufactured poorly so the only other place I can look is the seller for why their performance is so bad if at all.The majority of the pens don’t right at all and the few that do, write dry and continuously skip.DO NOT BUY!!!

Pens did not match picture. Tips of the pens in picture are the older version which is what I was looking for.

I love these pens! Fine point. Work well with no blobs or extra ink anywhere. Never have to worry about being in your pocket without the cap on. Caps fit nice the whole time, even after using all the time. Will always buy these.

These pens are awful and I am SHOCKED that a respected name like Staedtler would provide such an inferior product. The INK is terrible, like WATER instead of INK. And the price for these inferior items was disgusting, considering they don't even work right. I can get PREMIUM QUALITY PENS at Dollar General for a fraction of what these sell for on Amazon, and I will ask a friend to pick up some from $1Gen since I have no access to that store and that's WHY I buy stuff from Amazon, but the quality is unacceptable of this and too many other items lately. VERY DISAPPOINTED. Will probably return these along with other items just received that are not useable. :(((

I have almost every other pen or have tried every other pen from almost all the brands. I normally don't like fine tip pens specially 0.3mm because they scratch the paper too much rather than writing smoothly but this pen writes smother than what I imagined and thought that O.. it's 0.3mm and it might be not as smooth as 0.7 - 1.6mm pens normally are. I just randomly bought because of some sale on these pens on amazon as 50-60% off and love them.A Good buy.
