If I could give this cookbook ten stars I would. I have a great collection of cookbooks - over 700. This is one of my favorite. Maybe it is because the recipes remind me of the wonderful times I had in the Caribbean - or maybe it is just because the recipes contained in it are wonderful. Could be either (or both!. ) I read it when I initially got it and found recipe after recipe I wanted to try. In the first two weeks I made ten of the recipes from it (pretty unusual for me). Every one of them was stellar and they are all recipes I will make again. I shared the food with friends and neighbors and was always asked to share the recipe with them. I have identified other recipes I want to make and it wouldn't surprise me if I made every recipe in the book before it was over. What I love about the recipes is they are VERY GOOD, they are easy to prepare, they do not take exotic ingredients that are hard to find (except conch which is not easy to find in the midwest - but they suggested substituting shrimp). At any rate, I am extremely happy with the cookbook. I am extremely happy with the recipes I have made from the cookbook. I have purchased two as gifts and, in all likelihood, will purchase more for Christmas gifts. Thank you, Margaritaville, for sharing these wonderful recipes.

My boyfriend loves Jimmy Buffett and to cook so this was perfect for a Christmas gift for him. So many drink and food recipes!

My family really enjoy the recipes in this book. I have many cookbooks and I use this one very frequently. The recipes are not overly complicated and tasty. This cookbook make cooking at home pleasant. Keeps me from eating out!!!

I recently stayed at the MargaritaVille Resort in Hollywood Florida and it was FABULOUS! It had the best Margarita drinks I ever had, by far. I had to buy the cookbook when I saw it on Amazon. The book is beautiful with great pictures and very easy recipes. I tried a few and they were very tasty. I leave the book on my kitchen counter so I can feel I'm on vacation.It works!

This is a beautiful cookbook in itself, but also a must for any Parrotthead. Although a few recipes may be above my skill / comfort level, most are not, and the beautiful pictures and quotes make this a wonderful addition to my kitchen.
