I've seen things about preventing snoring by taping your mouth but, some of the brands out there are trying to get away with charging you an arm an a leg for a disposable solution.These however, are fairly priced and high quality. I got these as "solution" to my snoring so my partner can get some sleep and they kind of work. The stickiness is premium - they stay on all throughout the night and are even a little difficult to get off in the morning (I'd suggest warm water). I've also ready that this method can be uncomfortable at first but, these felt fine and I had no problem adjusting to them.One thing I will say though is that they may or may not reduce snoring. We've found that I am still able to snore with them on but, it is far quieter than without. I'd also suggest not using these when you are stuffy or without some form of nasal dilation as it can obviously be very difficult to breathe.Overall though, I would recommend these if you are interested in trying out mouth taping while asleep as these do exactly what they're designed to do - keep them lips shut and that mouth sealed!4/5 stars because I was hoping they would stop my snoring but, otherwise, 5/5

Mouth taping has become a firm favourite in our household for a good night sleep. You do get the odd one that falls off but I think that may be down to the level of oils in the skin on that particular day.They can take a little getting used to and I find that they improve my sleep quality and I don't have a sore throat in the mornings.I personally wouldn't bother ordering them with affirmations on again. I felt even more silly than just having the plain ones on. The affirmations are not always that clear anyway and I thought they just looked a little messy. But apart from that, they're good mouth tapes and work well.

I use these tape to stop me getting dry mouth in the morning - they effectively stop mouth breathing at night and as a result also reduce snoring.To get the backing off just hold both ends of the tape and pull gently the backing will split and be easy to remove.They stick well to the face and last all night, covering my mouth with room to spare.They come off in the morning easily (I don't have facial hair).I am guessing the affirmation messages are aimed at people who use these to improve their breathing practices whilst doing sport - they don't apply to me but they also don't affect the performance of the mouth tape.These are resonably priced and as an added bonus there is currently a subscribe and save offer which brings the price down further.

From the mouth tape that I have tried this is certainly one of the more odd ones as the usual gimmick non-plain ones will go for is to just add a slight lavender sense to make it more calming while this chooses to make them less bland looking with motivational words, not the most readable due to the material but I imagine someone using these for sport might find it nice to look and read before applying them.That aside they work as you would want mouth tape to forcing you to breath through the nose and being able to avoid the mouth becoming dry, also being a lot quieter which is great if you have a partner and snore a lot (I don't but that'd certainly effect my own sleep to be with someone that did). However considering the current price which is a lot higher than the more basic ones (and also notably increased from their own original cost) I personally would not recommend them for basic sleep.

These ultimately do the job, but are next to impossible to peel off the backing paper. No joke it takes me 2-3 minutes sometimes which gets the blood pressure up just before bed.I'll look elsewhere.

I am a sceptic when it comes to many such items, and would not have purchased this. However, I had tried a similar product recently and found that it actually worked!The thought of covering and sealing my mouth when going to sleep filled me with dread at first, but I explained to my wife what I was doing so she could keep an ear open for the sounds of someone trying to breath in the night!There was nothing to fear, I slept well, in fact better than I normally do, and I avoided that irritating dry mouth you get from breathing through your mouth whilst sleeping!I have been told I snore, but I doubt this is true as I have never heard any noises 😂I did apparently make less noise than I normal do, so not only a win for me, but for my wife as well, and who doesn’t like a double win!

I've been using these pretty much every night now for a few weeks and have noticed decent improvements - I'm not waking up with a ridiculously dry mouth, nor am I waking up with terrible morning breath anymore. Every now and again I will peel a label off and try to stick one on but it just wont work, I think there may be a few duds in the packet. This is slightly annoying, but there are so many in the pack that the value is still good. Overall I would definitely recommend these.
