NKJV, Gift and Award Bible, Leather-Look, White, Red Letter, Comfort Print: Holy Bible, New King James Version

Simply beautifulI have always wanted a white bible and with all this COVID-19 I have found things tough and I have turned to god a lot more lately so thought I would treat myself to a nice bible that I can look at to calm me down and of course read at this difficult time.The writing is on the rather small side so you may struggle but the paper is not thin as I thought after reading certain reviews and the book it self is just simply gorgeous. I love that Jesus is high lighted red so you don’t have to do it all yourself.I can’t wait to read this one and it’s the perfect edition to my book self.

It’s a blessing to have a Bible

Absolutely a beautifully crafted book. The NKJV Bible I received comes in a protective box, the Bible itself is wrapped in a paper sealed envelope in the box (you can actually get the Bible out without breaking the seal btw) along with a lifetime warranty card. This Bible fits comfortably in ones hand and looks very minimal with the exception of the gold lined paper and gold print on the spine. The print is legible and easy on the eyes to read. Type is clear, and though I've read some comments that there is bleed through, I have not seen any issues with the print in the book I received. It would be a tough book to give away if one had to. The maps are very clear, the binding and leather cover is ideal for reading in any stance. The book cover is flexible so the pages flop over your hands, three ribbons are great for referencing scripture, truly a work of art by Nelson. I can't recommend this book enough.

The media could not be loaded. Fonts are very tiny, each chapter doesn’t have a subtitle to introduce the chapter, the paper is very brown and no introduction to books of both the Old and New Testament.I had to use it that way and use highlighter to better understand. I’d rather you get a bigger fonts Bible and a whiter paper. All the same, it’s the word of God and I would recommend but based on your budget.

This gives exactly what it promises: relatively small text, compact writing, the entire Bible in only 500 pages. Assume that I love every aspect of this book except the following:1) I would have preferred notes on textual variants, especially when it differs from the critical text (the Greek text underlying most modern translations, although the differences are few)2) It falls apart easily. I've almost completely ruined 2 of these in about half a year. Perhaps I could stand to treat them more carefully...3) The colors on the front are just ugly. You may disagree, but you would be wrong. Trust me, I'm almost a doctor.One thing I particularly like about this one is the incredible amount of text per page. This makes the task of looking up verse references very easy. I can be talking about substitutionary atonement, flip through my Bible, and before I've finished the sentence I've found 2 Cor 5.In addition, the thick pages, although making the book thicker than it might have been, led themselves to underlining and note-taking without the ink seeping through and ruining the text on the back of the page.I now have about 10 of these stashed in my closet for future use.

If u want bold prints then this is for u..but no commentary and recycled paper..

I originally saw this bible and thought I would have it but when it arrived it had a blue cover, was second hand and had a personal dedication in it - it was not this bible! Amazon were great and refunded me and directed me to the one I wanted however it was the same age I originally looked at and upon closer examination underneath the main picture was a link to this bible and to that blue second hand one. I must have clicked the wrong smaller picture box - but it begs the question why do this? Why advertise another bible (and this one) just below the large (look inside) image of this bible? It gets even better...I ended up with this bible but the introduction page advertised in the look inside section was not the same as it was online so they had to refund me and I kept the non-advertised bible as a gesture of goodwill. The whole reason I wanted this was for teaching purposes and because it listed the bible in sections - pentateuch etc.. however the bible itself I give 5 stars for as it is the most important book anyone can read or study. It is not just a book but a guide for our lives and tells us of all God's promises for His people.
