Light sour apple flavor
So far they seem to work. My husband and I have taken for a week, he list 3 pounds and I list 1. We had been doing Keto and weight loss stalled, these seem to have worked. They taste good to us as we like the light sour apple flavor. They have 500mg of each so only need to take this and not 3 differ ones to get all the supplements. Already ordered and got a second container. Fast shipping and no melting issues.Will update in 30 days.

I just got it but will update this review!The reason I chose this brand in particular was because I specifically wanted a gummy dietary supplement to assist with my weight loss. This is NOT going to work by itself, no weight loss pill or supplement does. The best they may do is either speed up your metabolism a bit, give you more energy (for working out) or suppress your appetite a bit. I just wanted something to keep me motivated to finish my diet and I want to see if this will help. It has only been 2 days so far, but compared to every other gummy diet supplement I saw out there, there have the best amounts of the actual substance in them for the cost. It's only been 2 days so I can't tell for sure if I feel like it has suppressed my appetite, but it hasn't affected my energy at all. Not sure if I will lose slightly quicker with these due to a revved up metabolism, but we shall see. They say for every pound you lose, weight loss gets harder, and I need to lose 25 more pounds to get to my goal which is 2 months: and one bottle lasts 50 days so let's see if this helps me get there!It is a bit of a slightly weird apple taste like someone else mentioned, but I don't mind it at all honestly. Especially considering what it has in it, I feel like the flavor is reasonable.
