Fertilome (11778) Blooming & Rooting Soluble Plant Food 9-58-8 (8 oz)

I've been using this fertilizer for about three years now. It works for most flowering plants but I specifically use it for my hydrangea plant. I heard about it from my local garden center. When used religiously. every two weeks in my case, I get my plant to produce beautiful blooms. It doesn't do well in the high heat of mid summer on top of the bush, but it helps the plant produce blooms on stems around the base of the plant.I have an "Endless Summer" hydrangea that could go blue or pink depending on soil. So far, I've only had pink blooms because I'm too lazy to amend the soil acidity to make them turn blue.We've had our first freeze but days are still in the high 70's or low 80's so it's still blooming in mid-October. I'm not going to fertilize again though, so it can go dormant for winter. I've cut several blooms off for indoor arrangements so it doesn't look like a lot of blooms in the photos, but there were a lot of them throughout the summer.

I’ve used this for several years now it does make a difference in how bright your flowers will look.

I truly love my Florida Garden.. We live on Amelia Island Florida and our soil is pure sand.. Little to no organic Matter. We add Compost into our beds, but this fertilizer has produced amazing results for our flowering plants.. I have used several "Bloom" booster fertilizers, but none worked like this Product. 12 months a year we have masses of flowers..

I started using it a few years ago on the recommendation of my local nursery, and wow—what a difference it’s made.It’s super easy to use. I’ll admit, I don’t follow the directions exactly 😂. I just sprinkle a small amount into my potted plants before watering—starting with about a teaspoon and adjusting based on the pot size.One bag lasts me from February through October, which is amazing. This stuff is amazing! My flowers were looking dull pink and are now a vibrant hot pink.

A dahlia grower recommends this specifically.Dahlia’s need low nitrogen.Alterate this with Fertilome 20-20-20.Works great for your other flowers as well.I only wish the resealable bags actually resealed.
