The media could not be loaded.  All working, but paradoxically it makes an additional noise that is unbearable on the lowest fan setting. The noise stops for a split second whenever the light is switched on or off so it appears to be an electrical issue. It is as if the slower setting is throttled to be slower and this leads to the noise.This means the fan is only any use to me on the highest setting when the electrical hum is not emitted.Some might say the highest speed is noisy too but at least it is the noise of a fan blowing hard.Remote is excellent. Glad it works with my rechargable AAA batteries.Wouldn't recommend it to anyone due to noise issues and lack of assembly instructions which would have helped me when setting up.

good item, works as described, didn’t come with instructions, one peice of the fan that spins was broken when delivered and the box was ruined, it is really loud when on full fan and very small and cheap quality, i’ve got a refund i was wondering if i could request a new one? it doesn’t clip on and just falls off
