Absolutely love this hair!This Afro Kinky bulk human hair is perfect for repairing and creating natural-looking locs. It blends seamlessly with my own hair and feels super soft yet durable. This hair is not 12" as advertised. It has a bunch of broken pieces on the ends that can't be used. You can't layer/stack or feed it in it for length because it's a bunch of scrap pieces. It has orange in it so how is that natural black? It looks more like dark brown and orange. Very deceptive and disappointing! These packs arrived today and are a little better but have short balls of pieces too.

I purchased this product after all the info coming out about synthetic braiding hair. This was the first time I ever used human hair, but it's nice, my style held up and looked great! I would purchase again, no smell, I recently took the braids / twists out, washed and conditioned the hair and just got my hair redone with the same hair, very happy with the product!!

Very soft and easy to use, but there are pieces in the pkg that are not in strains or long in length. They are like ball or ends pieces that really aren't usable. So you have to try and make them work or throw away. Thats my only complaint.

I choose this because I thought it would look nicer than synthetic. But I saw a lady with some blond synthetic twists that were so pretty I couldn’t stop looking at it. While this seems to be real hair, the length isn’t true until you wet it, and even then, not so much. It’s too much of a hassle to deal with this type of hair because you have to constantly pull and stack/layer to try to get it even before installing. Installing already takes hours so this adds time. Why can’t it come already properly layered? It also takes about 3 peices you have to attach to one braid or twist to attempt to get length. It’s a good quality, but I can’t do this again.

QVR hair is fantastic, and I've placed multiple orders with this Amazon vendor as well as one straight via QVR. Ordering from this merchant is a hit-or-miss situation. The hair appeared to be used, and the bag didn't contain all of the hair, and the crochet needle was missing, therefore I had to return the last package. Amazon was excellent in resolving the issue; I got a fresh order, and this one was fine. In previous orders, the quantity of hair received was inconsistent. I will place my future orders with the QVR company directly.
