I used this for treating inflammation of my knees. Seems to be quite effective, however, I would personally recommend Penetrex more (although slightly more expensive), which can also be found in Amazon. I know that simply pointing to other products may not be a good product review of CT cream (especially because it would look like abusive marketing), but in my opinion, the smell of CT cream was less pleasant than Penetrex, and it (the CT cream) felt slightly less effective when I informally compared the time for the relief, so I'm trying to point to other customers that there is another option which you may try and see which one you'd prefer.

At the same time I bought this cream, I bought and used Penetrex. I was surprised to find that CT seems to give as much if not slightly more relief than Penetrex. Peppermint oil and camphor are ingredients in both products, but CT contains arnica, which some users feel is an effective pain reliever. I think both CT and Penetrex are overpriced. Lately I've been using pure peppermint oil on the rotator cuff that's giving me problems, and it gives as much relief as the CT and the Penetrex. Relatively inexpensive arnica salves are also available if you look for them.

I have tried a couple of pain relief products through Amazon as I got elbow tendinitis for the first time back in November, 2012. It was O.K. but really didn't see the great pain relief and improvement to the condition that the product promised. I will probably not buy it again. Barry

Purchased the CT Plus cream previously and it seemed to work better than the basic cream. If I purchase again, I will purchase the CT Plus cream and see if it still works and helps my golfers elbow condition.

My wife barely noticed improvement while was using it, and then she noticed that it wasn't for use by pregnant ladies. It would be nice to put that on the webpage so folks that can't use it won't purchase it.

Pleasant odor. It's effectiveness is regular. Better than over the counter balms and pain killers. I would buy the cream again. I will be trying the advance carpal cream.

Not a bad product but did not do entirely what it claimed to. Did use it though. It had a pleasant smell and worked well into skin.

This cream was recommended to me by the Physician's Ass't in my internist's office. Although the company recommends it for carpal tunnel relief, she suggested I rub it into the back of my neck (at the hairline). I think it really helps.
