Best stress crack tape ive used, and its a one coat tape in most cases , and I love using it for warranty work, with stress cracks. That is all I use it for though.

It's good drywall tape for seams and such. Note: It's NOT supposed to stick to surfaces on its own. Your roll of tape is NOT defective if it doesn't feel sticky to the touch. The tape will go on top of some mud and under some more. DIY beginner or refresher tip: If you're DIYing and just gonna go for it, get your YouTube on for a run through before buying anything to make sure you've got the right set of materials for your particular issue/project.
