Love this item! I've had a few rubbish bread slicers. I originally looked at the zassenhaus bread slicer but for £136 I wasn't sure. I came across this on Amazon and for over half the price I thought I'd give it ago as it has good reviews. I opted for the package with the board and knife. It got delivered on time. It came in a lovely box well packaged. I love that the knife can be connected to the bread board too when your finished, great for storage. It's also a nice size so doesn't take up much storage room which is great for my small kitchen. I was waisting so much fresh bread because I couldn't cut it without it going all over the place. So I'm super happy now. It took about 30/40 seconds to slice my whole loaf the knife is super sharp. Wasn't hard to use at all. Comfortable to use. It seems alot to pay out at once but overall the value is very good.

The bread slicer with bread knife really lives up to its claims and cuts any sliced loaf with ease. The knife is extremely sharp, so care is needed when handling it. From a safety point of view, it would be beneficial if it were supplied with a plastic sheath around 2–3 inches long to cover the tip of the knife. Aside from this minor concern, it is well made, easy to use, and represents a good purchase overall.

A very good bread knife for the price not needed to resharpen yet so don't know about that.

Bought the slicer and knife, makes cutting alot easier, the knife is super sharp, be careful. Some said the wooden board isn't helpful but I use it all the time, only thing is the rubber feet not good on my worktop maybe it's made for granite or marble, but spraying water on the rubber does help.

Fabulous bread knife

Very good kitchen tool which I use a lot. My only comment is that the edges the knife run along could be lined with a metal or hard plastic guide as it is easy for a ham fisted person like me to cut slivers of bamboo with the knife. Trying to compensate can lead to uneven slices of bread.

Very sharp be careful, cuts like a knife through butter😋 I use it for bread and melons I have never found it lacking and would 100% recommend
