Good quality red pepper flakes (taste and consistency is 100%), but at a price that is 50% more than the local stores. If your local store is a pain to get to (like mine), the trade-off is worth the cost). I checked the quality and immediately dispensed them into a small shaker with a moisture absorber and the rest into the freezer. Since my local store is so far away, it was a pain to stop by for a few items. Now that the manufacturer is distributing using Amazon, my life has gotten much easier.

Perfect and way more quantity for the price than mccormicks or any other brand.

Every time I open this bag, I want to bury my face in it because it smells so good. Except that will make me sneeze.

One bag lasts around 6-7 months with regular use. I use this in EVERYTHING! It adds such a since smoky flavor to any dish. Chicken, beef, veggies, you name it! It’s so yummy and any time I forget to add it to something, I always miss it. Definitely a need in the kitchen

Didn't have high expectations for my first try at making kimchi, there's no way that it would be better then what I eat at Korean BBQ, but it is! I think it's all thanks to the pepper I'm using. The flavor as well as the spice is really surprising here. I used 3 table spoons which I like but I have a feeling I should use 2 next time
