Like the quality.
High quality lavatory sink faucet. Solid metal, not potmetal junk like the $50. faucets in Home Depot. Install is good. Faucet comes with attached flexible connections for hot and cold water supply. The down side is that the pop-up drain control uses a special flexible linkage which is American Standards own style. The set comes with a new matching drain assembly included, again high quality brass. If your existing drain uses a rod control for the pop up drain, you will have to take it out and put in the new one which comes with the faucet. In my case replacement of the drain required cutting drain plumbing and removal of the sink bowl to complete, making the job take twice as long.Like all American Standard products, this has a lifetime guarantee to the homeowner. If the surface pits or the faucet has a problem, just call up the factory and they will send replacement parts at no cost.

Unfortunately returned. Product leaked at cartridge.
Beautiful low profile faucet. It leaked from the cartridge section so it was returned. Sorry to say I was very disappointed.

Great quality! The cable driven pop up drain was a nice feature. Was a space saver due to limited space in small bathroom.

American Standard Seva Tap & Drain Combination Pack
The tap upside is that it is a high quality item, is easy to install, and operates well. The tap downside is that it is particularly prone to water marking on the chrome. The drain upside is that it is a particularly easy to install item. The drain downside however, is that the rubber sealing O ring on the plug is not adequate to make a seal, and allows water to leak past into the drain when closed. What I have found is that after a week of use the scum build up on the drain O ring generally makes leaks more intermittent.....sometimes the drain plug leaks and other times it is ok. I would advise American Standard that they should look at this problem closely and come out with a better and more efficient rubber sealing O ring for the drain. One downside tap, one downside drain.....loses two stars.
