Q: Will this work with Kinetico water system

Yes. I have a Kinetico system, and I use these 20 micron filters in a whole house filter container as the first filter in a line of 3 filters. I have iron in my well water, plus what appears to be sediment. The 20 micron filter does a good job filtering this out as a first step. I like the fact that I can flush and reuse these filters. I flush this filter every 30 days or so, and change it out with a new one every 90 days minimum, sometimes sooner depending on how it looks. After the 20 micron filtration, the water next goes to a Kinetico 5 micron SuperKit filter. I flush this filter every 30 days, too. It gives it great performance and lengthens the life of the filter. After the 5 micron filtration, the water travels to a large, standing cartridge filter made by Empress. It filters tiny particles down to .2 microns. The water then travels to my Kinetico water softening system for ion exchange, then into the house. Clean! This system works. A key component is the first filter in the line, the 20 micron made by Membrane Solutions. I have been very pleased with it. It is durable, and does a good job as a first in line filter that takes the brunt of lots of sediment in well water.
