We waited and waited to buy a duvet cover because we live in southern Arizona, where the summer heat can really mess with your sleep if you're not careful. I'm the type of person who needs the comfort of a blanket even though I'm also a super hot sleeper, so we really hoped to find something comfortable and soft, but breathable, without being that awful synthetic material that gets stuck to your skin. It felt even riskier to buy online, but after looking around at reviews, and knowing generally the textures my partner and I like, I went ahead and bought the teal blue, king-sized version. Not only did it meet our needs, it surpassed our expectations in every way!I love the texture, which is soft without being so soft that it clings to you as you sleep -- I actually really like a rougher cotton texture, whereas my partner likes the super soft t-shirt sheets -- this was the perfect medium for us. It's still super breathable, but the best part about it is actually the weight. Again, we live in a hot area, and are hot sleepers, so we've always thought we needed lightweight sheets that we can throw off in the middle of the night without issue. However, this duvet cover actually added a decent amount of weight to our bed covers, which made me very worried at first, but actually ended up being exactly the thing we didn't know we needed. Essentially, the weight is this added layer of comfort that makes it so we toss and turn much less than we used to -- kind of like the comfort of a weighted blanket, but lighter -- but that weight plus the lack of tossing and turning actually makes it so the parts of the bed that my body isn't touching don't gather any of my heat at all, in the way a lightweight blanket would allow for the air to circulate. But by not letting the air circulate as much, when I do end up a little hot, all I do is stretch my leg out and find this wonderful cold portion of the bed that was held down by the duvet cover, and didn't gather any of my body heat. It's amazing! We immediately slept so well our first night and have been going strong for months - cannot recommend this duvet enough!Oh, and added bonus, the zipper closure is a nice touch, and works well -- I've had duvet covers with button closures before that are total disasters. The zipper holds well and overall, it also holds the insert without any slippage.

It is soft and comfortable, doesn't wrinkle. Color matches the picture. I found it to be thin for a duvet cover. Looks like your bed is wearing a T-shirt. Also, sensitive to cat nails.

I have been looking for a color that isn’t too orange and finally gave in and ordered this with no picture reviews because of great reviews for its softness (which it is!) I love the color even in cool lighting

This duvet just took my bed comfort level up multiple notches! It's very soft and cozy feeling. The color is exactly as I was hoping. After reading lots of reviews on different duvets, I'm very glad I went with this one!!I was able to get it on sale for about $50, which was a fair price for a king size. For just the duvet and 2 pillow cases, I would not pay the $70+ price. I recommend waiting for a sale, you won't regret the purchase if so!

It was SO SOFT!! Quality is great its been a year and a half and It still looks new and no damage thus far. Jersey Knit is all I ever buy. BUT it was so expensive. My gosh for 65$... Never again.

Love it color is exactly the same as Pic. It feels smooth. It will be wrinkled. Use an iron. And it is perfect afterwards.

I poured over reviews for many duvet covers before I decided to order this one. So. Freaking. Soft! I'm honestly amazed at how good this duvet cover feels. Right out of the packaging, you can feel how soft it is but there is a bit of a chemical-y smell. Nothing terrible, I just went ahead and washed it the same day and was able to put it on my bed. I was worried that it could potentially get too hot, but so far I haven't had much of an issue! It truly is 100% cotton and has ties on the inside to secure your duvet in place.I've seen some of the more negative reviews complain that this is just a sheet... It's only the cover for the duvet, not an actual duvet. It's not a comforter, it's a case for the comforter.... just to be clear lolMy only complaint (and this is at no fault of the seller!) is that my dog likes the bedding a little too much and you can see alllllllll of the dog hair, will have to wash this a bit more often. Overall, absolutely a wonderful purchase and I would definitely recommend it if you're on the fence.

JUNE 2020 UPDATE: still using this cover, still adore it! It only got softer with washes and hasnt pilled at all. It's my absolute favorite I've ever purchased. If you're hesitating, just do it! 100% worth it.I ordered this in "light coffee" instead of the jersey cover on urban outfitters, which was $150 and didn't even come with pillow cases. Color is almost exactly like the photo, a little darker/more beige than gray in low light, but thats to be expected. It's soft and fit on my insert decently, although a little longer on one side, and the pillow cases were a bit too small for my pillows, but with the envelope closure they still fit in, just a little lumpy, but with a little fluffing it looks fine. overall I'm very satisfied with this purchase, I had a great sleep in it last night and I'm imagining it'll only get softer with washes. If you're on the fence about this, I'd say go for it. It's amazing for the price compared to the same product and more for triple the price at urban outfitters. Will possibly come back to buy another color in the future. :^)

When looking for a duvet cover, I came across many on amazon, but I was looking for this specific shade of dark coffee brown. Once it came back in stock, I immediately purchased it! Upon receiving the set, i noticed it was a lot thinner than expected, and the pillow cases do not fit properly on any of my pillows (my pillows are generic) and it would have been better if the pillow cases had buttons or something to secure in place (i always wake up and my pillow case is half off!) On a positive note, the fabric is SUPER soft, and feels like your favourite cotton t-shirt which is nice.The colour is absolutely stunning and i cannot find a similar shade anywhere else (i wanted something dark, but not too dark). I also like the little ties used to secure the comforter, but after one wash the ties have began to fray. BUT to be brutally honest, if you don’t care too much for specific colours as i do, i would say save your money and invest in something from a reputable store. i do not think almost 150$ was worth it for this duvet cover.

Absolutely love it! True to colour and size. Ordered a dark green king. Got my duvet perfectly. Glad I read reviews first and saw the zipper goes to the side. Lol will certainly buy again!

This is so soft and I can’t wait to sleep in it, but after stuffing my duvet in twice and not understanding how it didn’t fit, I realized that the zipped end has to go to the side not the bottom of the bed which I found very confusing. So the stripes run in the same direction as the pillowcases, but the opposite direction to the photo on amazon.

Black and white pinstriped, is not a true black.It is heathered look so, dark grey FYI Jersey cotton is light weight but also feels thick, Great quality, soft. Zipper is nice instead of buttons. I purchased another.
