Good budget laptop for basic use
I bought this HP laptop mainly to check emails, do some light research, and apply for jobs, and it has been serving its purpose well. It's definitely not the fastest or most powerful laptop out there, but for the price, I didn't expect it to be. It boots up fairly quickly and handles basic tasks like web browsing and document editing without any issues.The screen is decent for what I need. Battery life is okay; it lasts a few hours, which is enough for my needs. One thing to note is that the storage space is limited, so if you plan on storing a lot of files, you might need an external drive.if you're looking for a simple and affordable laptop for everyday tasks, this is a good choice. Just don't expect it to handle heavy-duty applications or gaming. Also don’t recommend for students.

I only use it for FB. shopping and a few microsoft games. It works well for this. Only problem I can't get it to upgrade to windows 7!!

I got this for my daughter for her first year in college. She loves it and has zero complaints. Great for school work.

Slow and basic
This computer is very basic and slow. It is not good for school or work because of the slow delay in typing. Also be prepared to do many updates when you get the computer but none of them will speed up the function. After spending over an hour on the phone with HP tech support, the troubleshooting consisted of turning the computer off and on again then updating systems, which stalled the computer entirely. Do not buy a computer from Amazon! It is not worth the headache!

Too slow & low memory….
I’m a graphic designer and I need an efficient laptop with high storage. I may not know much about RAMs and storage but I thought this laptop would have been decent for the price. It wasn’t as fast as I expected. Other than that, setup was easy and I liked the appearance.
