Beautiful ornament as usual from OWC, but arrived broken. The spring that connects the bird to the clip wasn't connected, guess the glue didn't take. Returning for another one. REPLACEMENT WAS ALSO BROKEN. POORLY PACKED. ACTUAL PIC WHEN I OPENED THE BOX. No air bags, no original OWC box.UPDATE. 3rd cardinal was delivered today. I believe the 2nd cardinal was a return as the OWC label said Christmas Tree, just noticed as preparing the return.3rd cardinal arrived in new factory condition. However upon inspecting where the bird meets the spring, it was somewhat loose and required glue. I believe this to be a factory defect. Tried of returning... I'll fix it myself. I have many OWC birds with these clamps. The cardinal was the only issue. No more OWC birds for me.

Beautiful cardinal but realized I prefer using hangers vs clips. I also got a blue jay, same. hangers are my preference over the clips. They tend to sag on the branches of a real tree. Might be better on an artificial tree.

The cardinal holds a special place in my heart. Now it sits on the Christmas tree. It sparkles and catches just the right amount of light. It’s perfect!

The clip was not inserted properly so. I plan to glue it myself. Otherwise, the ornament is very pretty.

I ordered this bird for a friend who likes red Cardinals. It was shipped well and the box was very festive. My friend was delighted with her gift.
