Fantastic quality display for the money! Have run a full test in all test from ports to updated firmware and paper sync settings. NO Dead pixels!! The Boxing seemed bullet proof and very well packed. Will run more test in the future for print comparisons with the macro settings saved.

Switching inputs is constantly a chore with this monitor. The power light will just flash and the puck that is supposed to change inputs will only do so if the monitor is actively showing a display for a different input. If the monitor is sleeping and you change the inputs nothing happens! You need to power cycle the monitor in order to get a different display input to show up. None of the buttons seem to work when its in this state except for the directional pad and the power button. I've never had an issue with a monitor before and switching inputs but there is something flawed with this monitor. I really hope they can fix this with a firmware update but I am skeptical as its been going on since I purchased it almost a year ago.

This is the best monitor I’ve ever had, easy to switch between inputs, great color.

SW272U on Windows 11 Everything worked well for a couple of weeks , then the calibration software stopped recognizing the monitor. I spent at least one hour for several phone calls with BenQ tech support and they could not help.
