I ordered a large and typically wear a large for post surgery. It is the vest to get post surgery. You can zip vs pull over or under. It is right and compresses all areas and is relatively comfortable to sleep in.

This item worked well for what I needed it for. I will say, I am a smaller person, so the Medium did fit me perfectly.

I ordered 1 size smaller then I needed to help with shaping. The hooks built in the vest are great to help put it on. Well designed
