This didn't work for me.

It is not all inclusive like Nail therapy in details etc, but all n all a great basic book for those who are new to SUJOK and wanna learn it. SUJOK is a great concept and works wonders for many ailments.

Treat yourself simply by using an elastic ring on thumb for head and neck problems and other fingers for spine in thorax and lumbar regions in the insect system. And much more you would know when you press curative points in the correspondence areas of fingers on the yin side with the diagnostic probe in the insect system. Also you would learn how to use moxas for age old people, usage of magnets in energizing and sedating effects and application of seeds for chronic cases in standard as well as in insect systems.

It seems to work, but chronology of treatment ,means how one first start to diagnose and how to treat it is not satisfactory
