Now for my own opinion this has to be the best Nitric Oxide I have ever used as it does one after a few days and it also helps my arms to recover from power lifting as they do not hurt as much as they did and I will be using this one from now on as I do see the benefits just after a few days. It says take 5 capsules a day I just take 6 three times a day. Two in the morning at 04:00hr/am, two at mid day 12:00hr/pm, and two at 21:00hr/pm before bed.

Value for money.

Details were a bit of a surprise to me I must prefix this by saying they are absolutely huge and I have gagged on them a few times trying to swallow them however once you get used to using them with a good amount of water is far easier to use them.I tend to portion these with two after breakfast and two in the afternoon and they give actually a fairly similar effect to this and VIAGRA in that they make your general vassodilation quite significant.This can be observed obviously in pump in the gym with your general muscles but is also observable on your penis in fact I would go so far to say that you should maybe not use these alongside other such medicines just in case you slightly overdo it.There is no real taste to these and so there's nothing to worry about there.The pot is very strong and I believe these are very good quality and represent good value for money, certainly give me extra pump and energy I do not think this is just a placebo effect.

Brilliant product and want to buy again but just noticed they lowered the amount of tablets by nhalf and increased the price hence for the lower rating, i had 240 capsules for 19 bucks

I've tried a lot of these over the years and happy to say this one is one of the better ones. Definitely works, decent pump taking 4 pre workout.1 star off for price. Good formulation.
