The quality of this product is very good. The only problems I have with it was that it wasn't taken care of during the shipping process. When I opened it, the DVD lid was open and because of that the screen was all scratched.

Nothing complicating or fancy, good for the money.
I am pleased with this portable DVD player. Although the packaging was not sealed, the unit came with everything. No film to peel off on the screen, so there are faint scratches - but I can live with it. Not the greatest quality of picture, but the low price reflects that. Read the instructions. You have to switch the side button to ON and THEN push the button on top of the player for it to power on. Will be great to charge up and then use it on the porch - workout DVDs. I am happy with this so far. Shipped fast! Thank you!

Great purchase
Sceptical at first to buy, but very pleased I did! Sound and picture quality are great. Color is spot on. Buttons easy to find and press. It seems well built for a portable. Screen size is perfect for my use and easy to move around. The only thing of concern is the opening mechanism to load the dvd. Its a push down to pop open. It works fine but time will tell if it holds up to repeated use. Still worth the purchase.

Warranty not honored.
This stopped working after three months. First the lid would not close, so it had to be weighted down otherwise it would throw the disc like a frisbee. Shortly thereafter, the discs would not load. I had a two-year Asurion protection plan, but the company stated they would not provide any compensation as I was under the manufacturer's warranty. No warranty information was included in the original shipment and the company's website could not be found through Amazon or online. Do not expect the manufacturer or Asurion to help if the unit fails in the first year.
