The diaper cover fits high on my waist and the leg length is much longer than a brief styled cover so the pants provide superb coverage. Further, there is a somewhat flimsy tie that cinches your waist and elastic at both the waist and thighs that keep moisture in the garment. It is lightweight and has a soft interior lining that acts as another protection measure to soak up any small leaks that escape from a disposable diaper. I would only suggest wearing this in conjunction with a disposable diaper as the lining wouldn’t be sufficient for a complete wetting. Finally, I found a quality product that allows me to sleep on my side without the need of a bed pad. The size chart was correct for me.

Be aware this material seems to be some variety of nylon and can be hot if in a warm environment. There is a peculiar drawstring that seems to serve no purpose and is flimsy.

Looks well made. Comfortable, noiseless and not sweaty on use. Bought for occasional accidents and not been "challenged" yet but looks like it will work. Waist and leg bands thick and fit well. Note that these are hand washable and line dry. The waist band takes a while to dry as thick. Also will need to turn them inside out after the outside dries as otherwise the waterproofing prevents them from drying easily. The string on the waistband is flimsy but not really needed anyway. I'm happy with my purchase.

No, No, No, No, No! Horrible, do not waste your money. I've been dealing with incontinence products for several years regarding my husband and this is by far the worst. I've had cheaper products that cost as little as $15.00, that did better. The product description states, "Reusable Leak-Proof Underwear for Men." Nothing could be further from the truth. He put these on over THREE pairs of Depends and the next morning, big leak in the bed. Thank God I had a "real" leak-proof pad underneath him. I would send the pics but too gross. Too bad I didn't listen to the others who stated this was a bad product. And just think, I was going to buy two pair.

These are hands down the most comfortable ones I’ve ever worn. They seem to be made out of two different types of material, a waterproof outer layer and an inner absorbent layer, and both are very soft. Both the leg and waistbands are very comfortable, and the sizing is accurate. These do sit fairly high on the waist, which makes them perfect for overnight wear. The inner material seems absorbent enough to catch most diaper leaks, which gives these a huge edge over traditional plastic pants. I’ll definitely be buying more of these.

God bless the makers; the product may seem expensive, but I have bought other products and was not satisfied with any of them. However, this product is truly great. It has put an end to the issue of bed and duvet getting wet at night. During the day, it also prevents the annoying appearance of liquid spilling from the fabric. I wanted to write a review after using the product for a while. I washed it several times in the machine, and it is still in good condition.
