This cooling blanket is PERFECT if you are a hot sleeper or are suffering from hot flashes and symptoms of menopause. It keeps me cool all night long and I don’t wake up sweaty. This blanket adds just the right amount of weight without being hot. I have had the best sleep in a long time without waking up sweating in the middle of the night. Nice and cool and comfortable. I purchased this blanket because I sleep hot at night and sleep next to a personal furnace(husband) that doesnt have an off button. Sometimes I wake up covered in sweat so I was hoping this would help. It is very soft and comfortable but it is slippery. Reminds me of a silk blanket. I used it during the day while I watched TV on the couch and although it does feel cool to the touch, it quickly adapts to my body heat until I move it around to a different side. I slept with it last night and I usually lower my ac to 70 and have a fan blasting air at me. The blanket remained cool with the help of ac and my fan, I didnt wake up covered in sweat. Soo in my experience, it works but only if the room is already going to be cold. I'm keeping it though.

I have a few cooling blankets but I think this one is my favorite. It is silky feeling and that makes it slide around. I really like the color and it helps me to feel a little cooler at night. I live in Az and I have night sweats so I need all the help I can get.

I loved this blanket because it works to cool and it is so nice and soft. Problem is, it cannot be dried in the dryer but must hang to dry. No deal, as we live in a coastal area with high humidity and that is just not practical for me, so had to return it. Good value otherwise.

I’ve been searching for a cooling blanket that would help with night sweats but also not too thin that it feels like a sheet. This one has the feel of a quilted comforter on the top with the smooth cooling texture underneath. I am so pleasantly surprised, love it! I will say it had a strong chemical type smell after being wrapped in plastic but I washed it right away and odor was gone in one wash. Note you must NOT put in dryer (per instructions) does not take long to air dry though. Highly recommended for summer months especially! In the winter would be a great addition to weighted blanket for cooling.

I was skeptical about this blanket. I gave it as a gift to someone to keep cool in the summer months cause they already run hot. He loves it so far. it definitely has a cooling effect but works better if room is already cool.

I love the fabric used on this one. The materials are all of high quality! It has this cool touch technology that absorbs the heat to keep it cool. It's very suitable for hot places. It's a super lightweight comforter and easy to care for. Amazing product! I recommend this!

Good quality but not what I was expecting as it is blue nylon, don't think it's worth the money and hasn't made that much difference to my sleep, because its nylon makes it very slippery to keep in quilt cover, need to give it a bit more time to see of it's going to make a difference in the long run

Using this blanket now, I live in the sub tropics so need these types of lighter blankets. Wish they came in a variety of colours, more certainly buy extra if more colours
