Mrsflatpack OXFORD HIGHSLEEPER BED - WHITE M180W

Bought one of these for my daughter. A bit daunting when the delivery arrives (driver called on day but was 2 hours late!) and you are faced with four large boxes full of parts and fittings.Anyway, got everything unpacked and delighted to find that everything was present (have had bad experiences in the past) and in good condition.So on to the construction. I would class myself as reasonably good at building flat pack furniture, but my no means an expert, and I was building the bed in a very confined space, as my daughter has the typical box room in a 3 bed semi. I had anticipated a build time of between 5-6 hours with some assistance from my wife, as the job cannot be completed single-handedlly, in the end it took around 9 hours!I'm sure others could complete the task more quickly, but basically if you buy one of these expect to dedicate most of the day to it. I would rate the instructions as above average, but could still be clearer in some areas, and this did slow me down as I had to stop and fathom out some of the 21 stages.However the finished product was in my opinion well worth the effort, the bed is very nice to look at, has an excellent amount of storage space, and most importantly is very sturdy. My daughter is absolutely delighted with it, and I am therefore very happy with our purchase

After lifting all the boxes upstairs, I realise they had given us beech units rather than white. I am so disappointed - have to get them downstairs, organise a collection and swap them over .. then explain it all to a very keen 6 year old. Very poor service

My little girl is over the moon with this bed. It did take two men and over 5 hours but so worth it . It looks beautiful and my doughter loves it. 👌

Although it came in not the colour I had orderd with no opportunity to exchange it was a good product
