Not good quality.

Worked the first time I plugged it in, not working the next day.Unable to adjust volume with standard headphones, need to have an inline volume knob or wheel to adjust it.

Meets the requirement

My LG 32 inch TV har no jack for 3.5 mm jack and one of its speaker was not working properly. I was in doubt about ordering this but to my surprise this has met my purpose. Happy with the purchase. Enjoying the Home theater Experience on all TV channels. Surprise is the lifetime warranty card which came with the package.
