- EASY AT HOME ASSEMBLY AND SET UP. The self-sealing balloons will arrive uninflated. Simply insert a straw (not included) into the plastic valve at the bottom of the letter and slowly blow to inflate. When the balloon is sufficiently inflated, pull out the straw and pinch the self sealing plastic valve - balloons will stay inflated for days.
