Collars didn't work beyond 2 feet & told it was resold under false packaging.
The collar only works if you are within 2 feet of the remote when pressing the button. When we tried to reach the manufacturer, they said the product was sold under their name but was not their product. I am not sure how Amazon can allow this to happen. We were not refunded for the purchase and no one will take responsibility. It is still under warranty. Makes me hesitant to purchase online often in the future.

Don't waste your money.
Both of my dogs got the collar off and destroyed the buzzer. The remote disnt charge unless it was at a perfect angle. Didnt even last long enough to see if they work.
