Works really well for sleep and muscle cramps. Gentle on the stomach and absorbs better than regular magnesium. Not cheap, but worth it. Happy with the results.

Good product

I have used this product for a year. 30 minutes before dinner and priority to lunch if I have walked 5-7Km the previous evening. I have enjoyed excellent Muscular relaxation and good sleep after use. New packing bottle has lots of bitter in taste. Is it normal ? Not sure about the Quality check. It would be good if company clarifies.I will change the rating if someone clarifies officially.
