Good computer for the price. Needed a new one for Windows 11 so this one fits for my needs.

The battery life is too short.
The battery life is too short. It barely lasts 90 minutes. I am happy with the computer but having a very short battery life for a business pc is unacceptable and very annoying. I am trying to get product support and if that does not resolve this issue, I need to return the laptop. If there was no battery problem, I would have rated this laptop a 5* because it an excellent product.

LAPTOP FAILED DUE TO NON-LENOVO HARD DRIVE AND MEMORY CHIP INSIDE. SCAM!!
We purchased our Lenovo laptop in January, believing we were investing in a reliable product backed by a solid warranty. Unfortunately, our experience has been nothing short of devastating. When the laptop started having issues, we took it to a Lenovo-authorized repair center—since it is still under warranty—only to be told that both the hard drive and memory chip had failed. Even worse, we were informed that the reseller had removed the original Lenovo parts and replaced them with non-Lenovo components. Because of this, the repairs are not covered under the warranty. We were quoted nearly $600 just to replace the parts with genuine Lenovo components. This was shocking and deeply upsetting. At no point were we made aware that the laptop did not contain original Lenovo hardware. We feel completely scammed by this lack of transparency. We trusted we were buying a legitimate Lenovo product and instead ended up with a machine that failed within months and is now extremely costly to fix. We expected far better protection for consumers and more accountability from the reseller and Amazon. Very disappointed and will think twice before purchasing Lenovo products again unless they address this issue.

great amount of RAM great SS HARD DRIVe 1tiig processor is fast . Handles several tasks at the same time with no problem.

Nice laptop
Good performance in jobs related to Excel - VBA - etc., common web searches, and watching movies without issues.

Bad choice of power connector
Should have come with power connector, not one that uses up one of the USB ports!

Computer with high speed and reasonable RAM and disk memory
New LENOVO computer of reasonable technical properties that are currently available in more expensive computer models. I would recommend this purchase, however be aware that this model might be out and not any longer available on LENOVO store or web site. Big plus though is high speed and good processor at lower price.
