Return defective machine to get it replaced or repaired which they signed for but never fixed it or replaced it

Kinda disappointed
Sometimes the water gets cold, and sometimes it doesn’t. It also leaks, leaving a puddle on my floor.

Machine will not run without good filters. I have not been able to get through to company contact numbers and can not find filters anywhere.
