I will continue to buy these because I feel a difference! I can’t drink caffeine due to a heart issue. I have the mthfr gene and I’m glad this has methyl folate and everything! I did notice some extra energy i didn’t have before. Even with it containing iron my stomach isn’t irritated because it also has the prebiotics and it helps! It smells weird but tastes good better than I expected. You do tend to taste the iron but you get used to it. It honestly helps I always take it in the middle of the day when I’m craving a sweet and it helps because there’s a slight sweetness!

I did not drinking my greens. These gummies are amazing. They taste good and helps me being regular. My energy level is a whole different level, I get good sleep and wake up refreshed.

Can’t speak to the efficacy of these yet, but I can speak to the taste. I’m very picky about things tasting good. If it doesn’t taste good, I can’t use it. I had gotten a super greens powder prior to these and couldn’t use it because the taste was so terrible. These are bearable. They are not at all repulsive or hard to eat, but they also aren’t as good as the ads make them out to be. It’s not something I dread, but also not something I look forward to. I got the version with sugar. I will update once I get a feel for how well they work.
