Does what it says it does. Keeps you hydrated, somehow, when you have not been hydrating. You are supposed to take at night and then get on with your day the next morning...remember, you must get up in the morning for it to work, sleeping in causes it not to work for some reason.

Love these! I take them anytime I have more than one drink. Works very well and I never feel hungover or groggy the next day! I always have these in my cabinet. A must for anyone that enjoys cocktails.
