Use a flexible measuring tape to measure just above the wrist bone, then add 1/4" to 1" (or more), depending on the fit you want. That is the size bracelet you would wear. People like to cuffs a 1/2" larger than their wrist measurement. From experience we suggest this as a guideline to finding the right fit for you; adding 1/4" to your wrist measurement is a "snug" fit. adding 1/2" to your wrist measurement is an "average" fit - Preferred by most people who buy my cuffs. adding 3/4" or more to your wrist measurement is a "looser" fit.
