I was suffering awful gripes following a bout of food poisoning. Nothing would help. Ordered this ,( delivered Next day ) but not holding much hope ! But, believe me it was a minor miracle! 15 mins after taking 2 tabs gripes gone ... I think I took 2 doses on the first day , after small "meals"( so small they don't merit the name meal) small becos everytime I ate any thing at all the pain was very bad. Good results both times . Next day 1x2 tbs , and 2 x 1 tab . Next day 1x1 . After 2weeks of ongoing nasty gripes , gone , gone , gone . Brilliant
