These leather boot laces give new meaning to the word “over-engineered.” We developed these laces to meet the NFPA standards for wildland firefighters. Made in the USA of oil tanned full grain leather, these laces exude strength and durability. They’re thicker than most leather laces, yet pliable enough to tie easily. We figured if they’re good enough for loggers, welders & fire jumpers, they could handle whatever happens around your campfire (or daily commute). So whether you want to create a new look, replace some old laces, or grab your blowtorch, these laces can take it. One pair (two laces). 72" long, you cut to desired size. Full grain oil tanned rawhide leather for strength & durability. Thicker than most leather laces, yet easy to tie. Meets NFPA standards for wildland firefighters. Made in USA. Colors: Whiskey = a light brown, tan color - our lightest color of lace; Walnut = a very dark brown color like dark coffee or the outside of a wet walnut shell; Burgundy = a dark burgundy; Black = black on all sides. PLEASE NOTE: THERE ARE NO AUTHORIZED RESELLERS OF THIS PRODUCT, ONLY JACKSON WAYNE. IF YOU PURCHASE FROM ANOTHER SELLER IT IS NOT AN AUTHORIZED GENUINE JACKSON WAYNE PRODUCT.

Quality Really Does Count; These Laces Are True Quality.
I bought too cheaply the first time I needed replacement laces. Those broke so quickly it amazed me. This time I spent more, but the quality is there. These are full grain well tanned laces I anticipate will last longer than the original Timberline laces which came with my shoes. They have such a solid feel. I rate them at 100% of my desire.

Makes a nice lanyard
I didnt use this for a boot lace, so the sizing is n/a. You get 2 long pieces that should plenty long for a standard lace though. I used it to make a lanyards for my edc gear. I wasnt expecting the color to be as dark as it was but it looks pretty nice.

Thick - Almost Square
Most leather laces available are not thick enough. These are very close to square: .1295 x .1158 and very similar to original Timberland laces and Timberland "Replace Kit", but longer: 72" vs 45". For six eyelet shoes 45" isn't long enough. On my new four eyelet Timberland deck shoes one lace was only 43" and wouldn't stay tied. Get these and cut to length.

Excellent laces!
First impressions are good, these look and feel very higher quality. Even more so than the Cougar Logger laces that I recently perchaced. I laced these into a pair of Timberland Boot Co. Coulter boots and they really fit the bill! I'm gonna buy more for sure!

... as heavy duty as'll fit through the eyelets on good pair of boots
about as heavy duty as'll fit through the eyelets on good pair of boots...they'll still break but rarely compared to the standard fair shipped with even good boots, as one of mine just did, 5 inches down from the end but they are plenty long anyway

Good quality leather shoelaces
Good quality leather shoelaces. A bit pricey compared to other leather shoelaces featured on line but they are good quality and seem like they will last a while. The package includes 2 leather shoelaces at 72 inches length which will be able to be used for 2 shoes with a few eyelets but may not be the case if used with boots with 6 or more eyelets each.
