Absolutely love these for our daughter. I get them for myself in the adult size, and knew this would be what I’d be getting for our daughter when she started this phase of puberty. She really loves them. Such a great option rather than having to use pads or tampons, etc. They last without leaks for many hours! (You could probably even go all day depending on your flow amount). Great price. They look and feel like regular underwear. They’re a bit thicker but just in the right spots that absorb the liquid. Easily washable/dry-able and like new to use all over again.

My daughter who has sensory issues tried these underwear for her cycle, and they haven't failed her yet. She is much more comfortable in them compared to pads, and they don't leak at all, even after a full day of wearing.They're easy to rinse out in the tub before throwing in the wash. I only air dry them, as I do with all our underwear, so I can't speak to what happens if you put them in the dryer. But we haven't had issues putting them in the washing machine after a good rinse.The price tag is high, but if you want something that won't fail, these are a sure bet.

Every girl should have these!! I bought these for my daughter and they are a game changer. I bought these a year ago and they are as effective 1 year later as they were with 1st use. I also bought a box of drug store pads at the same time (1 year ago) and there are still pads left as the underwear is really all that is needed....even at nighttime. The size chart is accurate but keep in mind these are made to fit snug to ensure no leakage. My daughter loves the fit and has not had any leakage issue to date. I have bought enough since this purchase to make sure that she taken care of for a couple of changes each day of her cycle.

While these hold a lot, there is a major design bummer: the protected area does not cover the whole rear end, so NO GOOD for sleeping! Got these as "first period" helpers, and I didn't notice these were not full coverage until after we had nighttime leaks. She can still use them during the day, but it is important to be aware of how much they cover...or don't cover.

I have a young daughter who recently started her period and these have been the best purchase for her. She isn’t responsible enough to remember to pack pads and makes a total nasty mess in the bathroom with all the packaging and stuff, so these cut out all the headache. She wears one all day at school and even with a heavy flow never has had any issues with leaks or stains. She has used them for about four months now, and I do think we’ll need to buy new pairs to replace these in the next month or two, but it’s totally worth the cost for me.

These are pricey but they are the best by far. My tween likes that she does not have to wear a tampon or pad with them. Already ordered more for her. I did size up.
