I’ve had six knee operations and have worn just about every brace out there. A problem has always been chaffing or blistering under the brace when wearing all day as on long hikes or during intense activities like volleyball. Back in the day I even tried making my own knee sleeves out of my wife’s leggings to try ease the pain! They worked somewhat but were too hot, itchy, bunched up at the back of knee and we’re almost as bad as the brace itself. (Plus I made my wife really mad!)This undersleeve fits well, is very comfortable, washes up nicely, is long enough to fit all lengths of braces (even under osteo/unloader types) and is priced well.Two features of note are the elastic top band which holds the undersleeve up without choking your thigh (closeup is of inside of band) and the flat construction of the seam both inside AND outside, which eleminates irritation at the pressure points under the sleeve and under your brace.This simply is the best knee undersleeve I’ve ever used.

Bought it to wear under brace so it wouldn't rub on my skin. Sleeve falls down and brace falls down with it. Both ended up not on my knee despite me tightening the brace as much as possible.

I used my knee brace sleeve after having knee surgery. It was comfortable and very pleasant to wear during my physical therapy sessions. It was not thick, it was just right. I loved my knee sleeve. Great product and great price. My recovery went smoothly with my knee sleeve.

I got this to wear under a knee brace to help with the rubbing. I love it, so glad I got it! It is very comfortable, & fits great under a knee brace for that extra layer of protection & comfort. I plan to continue to wear it once I can start playing basketball again. Also, great value for the product received.

This sleeve is super comfy. It works perfectly in the warm weather so I can wear shorts but not have my knee brace chafing me. Also I use it when I ice my knee as a barrier and it’s great. I’ve bought two of them I like them so much. It said I could fit into the small or medium, I went with the small and it’s perfect.

This is a great quality product. I have fairly large legs due to many years of sports, lifting and cycling. This is the only sleeve that stays up on my thighs. It is very comfortable to wear an is a good thickness without feeling bulky. I would highly recommend.

Very comfortable. Just could have brought a large instead of an extra large. Though comfortable feels like it's a little bit loose.

This was a quality product. The fit was great and to my surprise, it did not slip like other products.
