This figure was good for the price. However, it definitely needed primer and assembly. I had some difficulty fitting the tail into the slot created for it, and with fitting the dragon's feet pegs onto the stand. It seems like the sculpts for the assembly pegs are a little off; this is not a figure for obsessive perfectionists who pride themselves on flawless builds & airbrushes. This is a bargain figure for a party who needs a size gargantuan dragon to fight. Please note, size gargantuan means anything 4x4 battlemap squares and larger. This is on the smaller end of that range; it will not be a suitable size equivalent if you are considering one of the pre-painted Ancient Dragons from WotC. Good size for an older adult dragon; not necessarily for an Ancient dragon.

I attempted to customize this figure to represent a crystal dragon. The sections this figure came in made all areas accessible for detailing and embellishment prior to its assembly. Now assembled, it's very sturdy. It's design even allowed room for me to add a "crystal" column. I am looking at more figures by this maker based on my experience with this model.

The miniature came damaged and two pieces had a bad shape or casting.

It was smaller than expected. To small for a child to paint.

This was a nice figure! All the pieces went together very easily and glued well (I just used super glue). No irritating extra bits from the molding process. It probably doesn't need to be primed, but I did it anyway. Painted very nicely (I paint with brushes). The scales are all very defined, so it was easy to pick out specific areas for different detail. Doesn't wobble, and feels durable. I will buy another Bones figure in the future!

It's a good dragon, simple to put together.

I have an upcoming session that will features a dragon or two and needed to add to my collection of minis. This one looked "good enough" for the price. I was much more impressed when it showed up and I started painting it. The pose is a little static, but still dynamic enough to use in battle. The level of detail is great and holds paint really well.Feels like I made great choice with this one.

Such a cool looking dragon! It can stand on all 4's also if you don't want to use the base. I will be painting as an adult White Dragon and I'm so excited!
