I was getting so many cramps at night that it was very difficult to get a good night sleep. Since I have been taking one gummie at night my sleep has been uninterrupted with cramps . They taste really good and are easy to digest. I use the sugar free ones and they work very well.

The overall quality of these are great. They taste great, and it’s like a little treat before bed. I feel like I do get a nice rest with these and don’t feel foggy waking up. The only issue is that it’s a little difficult to get out of the container because they stick together. So you have to pull them apart.

Really yummy taste - cherry - Mmm!!! The best part though is that they aren't all stuck together in the bottom of the container. They aren't sticky to your fingers either. A couple of them may be slightly stuck together but NOTHING like other gummies I've tried. These are great!

The media could not be loaded. Magnesium Glycinate is good to promote sleep, I like using this over melatonin for adults and kids. These gummies taste good so my kids have no issue taking them. The bottles have a child proof lid. The only issue I see is that they all tend to stick together, but they are still not too hard to get out.
