Carlsson Swedish Bass Rosin - Limit 2

Hey all, I've never tried Carlsson before having been stuck on the rosin in the little plastic red case (you know the one). Anyway, I love it. It's goes on the bow nice and easy, it's not gummy and it has just enough tack to give the right amount of pull on the strings. I know, I know, it's all subjective but it definitely works for me. Oh yeah, the order got to my home just 3 days after I ordered it...sweet!

Carlsson is the gold standard as far as I'm concerned. It gives you all the grip you will ever need yet without unnecessary friction noises. I have used it for some 30+ years by now and, every time I've had to try something else by coincidence, I've always been reminded of what a terrific rosin this is. It's also consistent and will get you through a standard, 3-hr rehearsal without any significant change in its behavior or the connection to the string.

This is my favorite bass rosin to use in my orchestra classroom. It is slightly less messy than Pops.

I love my Carlson bass rosin. It is great.
