Girls pretty much know how to take care of themselves well- but if you don't like to get up, this books gives you facts or hints like: Any time you watch a movie, you can watch a scary one to make youre heart race. Etc, Etc. There are special, better ways and tricks to have fun with sports. If you read this book, I'm pretty sure why this is rated five stars!
