I purchased these Sihat Sejahtera polyphenol complex capsules to pair with a MCT powder to assist in weight loss, and have definitely had success with it. These capsules helped to tamp down my appetite, and I have also felt more energetic. I love that was affordable, no after taste no burps, taking this supplement also help with suppressing hunger and cravings. As far as the energetic boost it does definitely give you that but if it's too much just take 2 or 1 pill and it's still effective. I'll definitely buy again!!!

Easy to swallow capsules and no after taste. I can not say I really noticed a major difference in energy levels or overall health but I wasn’t expecting miracles. I just can not say how effective it was. The ingredients are vegan/plant based and natural. Serving size is 3 capsules daily. One bottle will last a month.
