Very nice product and great customer service.
Well built and pretty easy to set up. Instructions are lengthy and well illustrated. It will take two to three people to set up. The overall quality is quite good. We really love the look against our house. The value for your money can't be beat considering we were given estimates for a 12' x 16' three season extension between $35K and $50K. I highly recommend assembling the long assemblies ahead of time and put them off to the side. It made final assembly much easier when placing on a deck or slab. I also recommend looking over the entire instruction manual ahead of time so you understand how the instructions work.

GREAT PURCHASE! 😀
The instructions are the best. The packaging 📦 marvelous. It is like a giant erector set. I modified my deck to ensure stability of the structure. Putting it up was fairly easy, especially since I got it up before the first snows 🌨. It was great having it during the snow ❄️ season. It took the snow falling of the solar panels from the 2nd story roof. With clear skies and full sun 🌞, the temperature got up to 105° inside with 35° and snow outside. See what happens in summer with doors open and windows 🪟 panels off. It handled extreme winds over 30 mph fine. I haven't secured it to the deck or wall yet, waiting 🤔 for good weather to complete the job.

Great product with a couple of caveats.
Really well packaged and thought out assembly. This thing is awesome. The good: Nice powder coating looks even and no issues. Clear instructions for the most part, they do take a little extra viewing and working through some things but once you figure it out it is easy. Everything fits and is exactly as expected and is honestly refreshing given country of origin. Company has been super responsive via email and is sending replacement missing parts with no hassle whatsoever. The bad: As others have stated in reviews this thing took way more than two days with two people. it is very fiddly and the instructions have you do things that sometimes later have to be undone or the final assembly part seems a little off Missing fasteners, we had to purchase the square nuts for the bottom rails and was also missing what seems like a whole package of bolts needed to connect the wall pieces together. seems like it is also a known issue with this from some of the reviews. All in all we look forward to using this for hopefully several years and would definitely purchase again if still available. Do make sure to unbox everything and take an inventory while you have support on it.

I do not regret this purchase!
I am in love with this sunroom. I bought it several months ago and it has been patiently waiting for us to get it put up. I've not been so patient! 🤣 It was worth the wait though. My husband and I put it together alone for the most part. We had our son help when we needed a third set of hands, but that just made it easier. We could have done it with just the two of us. There weren't many written instructions, mostly pictures, but the manual was pretty thorough. It has around 80 pages. So far it seems sturdy and I haven't noticed any leaks. It came with two poles to place in the middle for extra support. I'll probably install them this winter. It's so pretty and was fun to decorate. The windows slide up and down easily and the tinted color really doesn't bother me. I think it will help with keeping down the heat and the bright sunlight won't be coming in do harshly. Anyway, if you're in the market for a sunroom this will probably be the best bang for your buck! 👍🏻

Perfect for our needs!
Terrific product, terrific service! I was VERY impressed with how well everything fit, which was unexpected with a DIY project this large and complex. Very quick and friendly support in getting a replacement part that was damaged in shipping. Solid construction that took a few weeks to conquer, but I worked alone. Likely would have gone quicker if I had help. A particular challenge was how to anchor the structure against the plumb brick wall AND the sloping concrete deck without compromising the right angles but ensuring a bug-free seal. Not a small problem, but once addressed, we LOVE the final product! Instructions are good, but be sure to study them thoroughly before beginning, and study each step again before you start that step. Translucent UV ceiling panels have a top and a bottom that's not obvious; pay attention to the writing on the peel-off coating before installing to keep from installing wrong. Satisfying project and terrific sunroom!!

Nice while it lasted
It was really nice before winds destroyed it. Did not make it a full year. :( It did hold up to snow with the braces but they were not the easiest to keep in place. Loved the curtains and screens. Trying to figure out how to part out what is salvageable.

Love this tent
Lovely gazebo, my family just got this tent and it’s absolutely beautiful and we’re all enjoying the shade. I highly recommend this, we haven’t had any storm so I can’t say it’s durability but my handyman did a great job with installation- it took him 2 days to complete by himself (6-8 hrs) a day

I’m very pleased! So far, so good!
Why did you pick this product vs others?: I picked this product because of the cost and because of the features I thought would work best with my family and pets. I needed something more stable and permanent than the various canopies and pergolas I have purchased and had to replace over the years because of the sun and weather conditions. First, it came on a double pallet with several large boxes. It was intimidating to me and to the guys I hired to put it together! Secondly, if putting on a deck, have a qualified person make sure the deck is sound before installing. Thankfully, my friend, who is also a professional contractor, did an inspection and found a bunch of things wrong and repaired them first. Total time is hard to estimate as my install included deck repair as well as several weather delays. My deck gets the south facing afternoon sun and is unusable without a shade of some sort and the metal was too hot to touch on some days. But I would say a week at most. There are A LOT of pieces and the instruction manual looked like a textbook. Spend the time to get organized first. Although mine is not completely sealed up and all the screws in place and back to normal, I am able to use it. Let me tell you, it holds in some heat!! Even with the windows all the way down, it’s hotter inside than outside. I will be putting a fan on the wall to help with that. But I’m also glad because I planned on using this space to overwinter some of my potted plants instead of bringing them into the house. We’ve had a very rainy spring and early summer here in the south and this structure hasn’t leaked at all, even with it not being completely flush against the house. I know a few reviews complained about that, but it’s not been an issue for me. The thing I like best is NO BUGS! There’s nothing worse when sitting outside relaxing than having to swat away a million flies and mosquitoes! I will post pics of the finished product, but I wanted to show you all parts of the process since they can be hard to locate. Update: 06/27/2025 We’ve had several storms since the sunroom was put up and other than me leaving the windows down and deck boards not being flush with the unit, have had no water leaking in like other pictures. I would say ‘install error’ or that space was already prone to water. I have done my best to seal between the flashing and the wall and it’s been okay so far. If it becomes an issue, just have someone install a larger flashing directly above the current one.
